1. 1. The date of the test installation takes place after consultation with MFG Technik & Service GmbH.
   2. The product "Speedwagon", including all supplied cables and mounting brackets, remains the property of MFG Technik & Service GmbH until full payment has been received.
   3. The "Speedwagon" product is provided to you for use in accordance with its intended purpose.
   4. The appliance is available to you until the agreed date.
   5. Unless otherwise agreed, the test period is 25 working days.
   6. An extension of the test position is only possible by arrangement and with written confirmation.
   7. The device will be invoiced in advance by MFG Service. The invoice will be credited to MFG Technik & Service GmbH after the equipment has been returned.
   8. If damage is caused to the rental system due to operating errors, negligence or incorrect use, this will be charged at cost.
   9. MFG Service accepts no liability for any damage caused to third-party equipment.
   10. The test results will be communicated to MFG in full.
